Vuokrattavien välineiden vuokraus- ja toimitusehdot
Tältä sivulta löydät Sandrian vuokravälineiden voimassa olevat vuokraus- ja toimitusehdot. Jos olet vuokraamassa melontavälineitä (ml. kajakit ja SUP-laudat) ja/tai kajakkitraileria, luethan yleisten vuokraus- ja toimitusehtojen lisäksi myös näihin liittyvät välinekohtaiset ehdot ja ohjeet sivun alaosasta (tämän dokumentin kohdat 2 ja 3).
1. Vuokrattavien välineiden yleiset vuokraus- ja toimitusehdot
Sandrian villi luonto (y-tunnus 2709132-8, jatkossa vuokranantaja) noudattaa kajakkien ja SUP-lautojen sekä näiden vuokraan sisältyvien turvavarusteiden (jatkossa melontavälineet), kajakkitrailerin sekä muiden vuokrattavien retkeily- ja lisävarusteiden vuokraamisessa ja toimituksessa alla olevia ehtoja. Ehdot tulevat kumpaakin osapuolta sitoviksi, kun asiakas (jatkossa vuokraaja) hyväksyy vuokrausehdot varausta tehdessään.
1.1. Välinevuokrauksen edellytykset ja hinnasto
Vuokraajan on oltava täysi-ikäinen. Seurueessa saa olla täysi-ikäisen vuokraajan vastuulla olevia alaikäisiä. Vuokraaja on vaadittaessa velvollinen todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä.
Välineiden vuokraus- ja toimitushinnasto sekä vuokraukseen sisältyvät turva- ja lisävarusteet ovat nähtävillä osoitteessa sandria.fi sekä Sandrian Johku-verkkokaupassa osoitteessa sandria.johku.com. Vuokraaja suorittaa hinnaston mukaisen vuokran etukäteen tai viimeistään välineiden luovutushetkellä.
Vuokraaja sitoutuu jäljempänä selvitettyihin, välinekohtaisiin vuokraus- ja toimitusehtoihin.
1.2. Vuokra-aika
Vuokra-aika alkaa, kun vuokranantaja luovuttaa vuokrattavat välineet vuokraajalle. Vuokra-aika päättyy, kun välineet on palautettu vuokranantajalle sopimuksen mukaisesti.
1.3. Vuokrattujen välineiden luovutus
Vuokranantajan on luovutettava vuokrattavat välineet vuokraajalle käyttökuntoisena sovittuna aikana ja sovitussa paikassa.
Vuokranantaja on velvollinen opastamaan välineiden käytössä, kuljetuksessa ja huoltamisessa vuokraajan niin halutessa.
1.4. Vuokrattujen välineiden palautus
Vuokraaja sitoutuu palauttamaan vuokratut välineet kuivattuna, puhdistettuna ja samassa kunnossa kuin ne olivat vuokra-ajan alkaessa. Mikäli tätä ehtoa ei noudateta ja palautetut välineet vaativat vuokranantajalta erillisiä puhdistus- tai huoltotoimenpiteitä, on vuokranantajalla oikeus periä vuokraajalta vaadittavien toimenpiteiden aiheuttamat kohtuulliset kustannukset. Minimihinta on yhden vuorokauden (1 vrk) vuokrakustannus.
Välineet on palautettava sovittuun paikkaan ennalta sovitun vuokra-ajan päättymisen puitteissa. Yli menevästä ajasta peritään hinnaston mukainen vuokra.
Jos vuokraaja päättää palauttaa vuokraamansa välineet etuajassa, peritään vuokrauksesta alkuperäisen sopimuksen mukainen maksu.
Mahdollisista viivästyksistä on ilmoitettava vuokranantajalle viiveettä. Mikäli välineet palautetaan myöhässä siitä erikseen sopimatta ja seuraavan vuokraajan/vuokraajien varaus peruuntuu, on vuokranantaja oikeutettu perimään välineistä myös vuokraajan laiminlyönnistä johtuneiden, peruuntuneiden vuokrausten hinta sekä peruuntumisesta mahdollisesti aiheutuvat kustannukset varauksensa menettäneelle vuokraajalle.
Jos välineitä ei ole palautettu vuokra-ajan päättyessä, vuokra-ajan jatkamisesta ei ole sovittu vuokranantajan kanssa eikä vuokraajaan saada yhteyttä kohtuullisen ajan kuluessa, asiasta ilmoitetaan poliisille.
1.5. Vuokraajan muut velvollisuudet
Vuokraaja käyttää vuokraamiaan välineitä omalla vastuulla.
Vuokraaja sitoutuu pitämään hyvää huolta vuokraamistaan välineistä sekä noudattamaan niiden käsittelyssä ja kuljetuksessa saamiaan ohjeita sekä erityistä huolellisuutta ja varovaisuutta.
Vuokraaja sitoutuu käyttämään välineitä vain niille tarkoitettuun, tavanomaiseen käyttötarkoitukseen vain niille tarkoitetuissa ja vuokraajan omaa taito- ja kokemustasoa vastaavissa olosuhteissa ja toimintaympäristössä.
Vuokraaja ei saa viedä vuokraamiaan välineitä pois Suomesta, luovuttaa välineitä kolmannelle osapuolelle tai jättää välineitä vartioimatta yleiselle paikalle.
Vuokraaja on velvollinen korvaamaan vuokranantajalle vuokra-aikana sattuneet vahingot (pl. normaalista käytöstä johtuva kuluminen) ja/tai vuokra-aikana kadonneet välineet. Korjauskelvottoman tai kadonneen välineen tapauksessa korvattava summa on uuden vastaavan välineen uushankinta-arvo.
Vuokraajan on ilmoitettava vuokranantajalle viipymättä vuokrattuja välineitä koskevista virheistä, vahingoista tai varkauksista. Varkaudesta ja merkittävästä henkilövahingosta on ilmoitettava välittömästi vuokranantajalle ja poliisille.
1.6. Vuokranantajan muut velvollisuudet
Vuokranantaja on velvollinen varmistamaan välineiden kunnon yhdessä vuokraajan kanssa ennen välineiden luovutusta.
Vuokranantaja on velvollinen tarkastamaan välineiden kunnon palautuksen yhteydessä ja ilmoittamaan havaitsemistaan vahingoista vuokraajalle viipymättä.
Vuokranantaja vastaa välineiden normaalista käytöstä johtuvasta kulumisesta sekä sen aiheuttamista korjaustoimenpiteistä.
1.7. Varauksen peruminen
Mikäli vuokraaja haluaa perua varauksensa, on peruutus tehtävä viimeistään kaksi vuorokautta (48 h) ennen varauksen alkamista. Mikäli peruutus tehdään tätä myöhemmin ilman pätevää syytä, on vuokranantajalla oikeus periä alkuperäisen varauksen mukainen välinevuokra.
Jos asiakas peruu varauksensa, pyritään ensisijaisesti etsimään korvaava ajankohta, tuote tai palvelu. Jos korvaavaa vaihtoehtoa välinevuokraukselle ei löydy, varauksen summa korvataan asiakkaalle lahjakorttina tai rahana. Korvauksesta peritään järjestelykulut 20 € / henkilö.
Alkuperäinen varaus on mahdollista siirtää kerran edellä mainittujen ehtojen puitteissa. Jos jo kertaalleen siirretty varaus perutaan, peritään vuokrauksesta alkuperäinen hinta peruutusajankohdasta riippumatta.
1.8. Sopimuksen purkaminen
Vuokranantajalla on oikeus purkaa vuokraussopimus, jos vuokraaja rikkoo sopimusta olennaisesti, vuokraaja ei kykene käsittelemään vuokraamiaan välineitä asianmukaisesti, vuokraaja on päihteiden vaikutuksen alaisena tai vuokraajan toiminta ei muilla tavoin ole vuokranantajan arvion mukaan turvallista. Tällaisessa tapauksessa vuokraaja on velvollinen palauttamaan vuokraamansa välineet viipymättä vuokranantajalle. Vuokraaja on tällöin velvollinen maksamaan välinevuokran toteutuneelta vuokra-ajalta sekä mahdolliset kuljetuskustannukset voimassa olevan hinnaston mukaisesti.
2. Melontavälineiden vuokraus- ja toimitusehdot
Melontavälineillä tarkoitetaan kajakkeja, SUP-lautoja sekä niiden vuokraukseen kuuluvia varusteita. Löydät melontavälineiden vuokraus- ja toimitushinnaston sekä vuokraukseen sisältyvät turva- ja lisävarusteet osoitteesta sandria.fi.
Yleisten vuokrausehtojen lisäksi melontavälineiden vuokraukseen ja toimitukseen pätevät seuraavat ehdot:
Melontavälineiden vuokraajalta vaaditaan uimataito. Melonnassa ja SUP-lautailussa käytetään tavallisesti kelluntaliiviä, joka ei käännä uimataidottoman henkilön kasvoja pois vedestä. Melontavälineiden vuokraaja sitoutuu käyttämään kellunta- tai pelastusliivejä aina vesillä ollessaan.
Melontavälineitä ei vuokrata päihtyneille, eikä melontavälineitä saa käyttää päihteiden vaikutuksen alaisena.
Melontavälineiden vuokraaja sitoutuu käyttämään vuokraamiaan välineitä vain niille tarkoitetuissa sekä vuokraajan taito- ja kokemustasoa vastaavissa olosuhteissa. Sandrian vuokrakajakit ovat tarkoitettu meri-, järvi- ja jokiretkeilyyn, eikä niillä saa lähteä koskireiteille.
Vuokranantaja on velvollinen opastamaan melontavälineiden käytössä, pakkaamisessa, kuljetuksessa ja huollossa vuokraajan niin halutessa. Opastus ei tarkoita melontakoulutusta, vaan vuokraaja voi halutessaan tilata maksullisena lisäpalveluna melonnan tai SUP-lautailun kursseja ja koulutuksia.
Melontavälineiden vuokraaja sitoutuu palauttamaan välineet vastaavassa kunnossa kuin välineet olivat luovutushetkellä. Välineet puhdistetaan liasta, kurasta ja hiekasta ja kuivataan tarvittaessa. SUP-laudat tyhjennetään, puhdistetaan ja kuivataan sekä pakataan reppuihin. Mikäli tätä ehtoa ei noudateta ja palautetut välineet vaativat vuokranantajalta erillisiä puhdistus- tai huoltotoimenpiteitä, on vuokranantajalla oikeus periä vuokraajalta vaadittavien toimenpiteiden aiheuttamat kohtuulliset kustannukset. Minimihinta on yhden vuorokauden (1 vrk) vuokrakustannus.
Vuokraaja sitoutuu noudattamaan melontavälineiden kuljetuksessa vuokranantajalta saamiaan ohjeita sekä voimassa olevia lakeja ja määräyksiä. Kajakkien tavaraluukut on suljettava ja peräsin kiinnitettävä huolellisesti kuljetuksen ajaksi. Melat ja muut varusteet on kuljetettava auton sisätiloissa tai trailerin välinelaatikossa. Kajakkien kuljetuksessa on käytettävä tarkoitukseen sopivia sidontaliinoja (sidontaliinat sisältyvät vuokrauksen hintaan).
3. Kajakkitrailerin vuokraus- ja toimitusehdot
Kajakkitrailerin vuokraamisen edellytyksenä on vähintään kolmen (3) kajakin vuokraus.
Sandrian kajakkitraileri on merkiltään ja malliltaan AKU SP310-L/Kayak. Löydät trailerin tekniset tiedot osoitteesta agcosuomi.fi. Kajakkitraileria saa kuljettaa henkilöautokortilla. Vuokraajan on näytettävä voimassa oleva ajokortti trailerin luovutushetkellä.
Vuokraaja sitoutuu noudattamaan voimassa olevia lakeja, määräyksiä ja nopeusrajoituksia sekä turvallista ajotapaa. Vuokraaja tutustuu kajakkien kuljetusohjeeseen (julkaistaan osoitteessa sandria.fi lähiaikoina) sekä sitoutuu noudattamaan lukemiaan ja vuokranantajalta saamiaan ohjeita.
Vuokraaja merkitsee ajonsa trailerin tavaraluukusta löytyvään ajopäiväkirjaan ja merkitsee ajopäiväkirjaan myös havaitsemansa viat, vahingot tai muut ongelmat.
Vuokraaja sitoutuu lukitsemaan trailerin ja tavaraluukun aina, kun traileri on pysäköitynä. Tavaraluukku on lukittava myös kuljetuksen ajaksi.
Vuokraaja puhdistaa trailerista suurimmat kurat ja liat aina, kun traileri pysäköidään pidemmäksi aikaa. Vuokranantaja huolehtii trailerin loppupuhdistuksesta palautuksen yhteydessä.

On this page, you will find the current rental and delivery terms for Sandria’s rental equipment. If you are renting paddling equipment (including kayaks and SUP boards) and/or a kayak trailer, please read the specific terms and instructions for these items in addition to the general rental and delivery terms below (see sections 2 and 3 of this document).
1. General Rental and Delivery Terms for Rental Equipment
Sandria’s Wild Nature (Business ID: 2709132-8, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor) applies the following terms for renting and delivering kayaks, SUP boards, and the safety equipment included in their rental (hereinafter referred to as Paddling Equipment), kayak trailers, and other camping and additional rental equipment. These terms become binding for both parties when the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Renter) accepts them upon making a reservation.
1.1. Rental Conditions and Pricing
The Renter must be of legal age. The group may include minors under the responsibility of an adult Renter. The Renter must provide proof of identity upon request.
The rental and delivery prices, as well as the safety and additional equipment included in the rental, are available at sandria.fi and in Sandria’s Johku online store at sandria.johku.com. The Renter must pay the rental fee in advance or at the latest upon receiving the equipment.
The Renter agrees to the specific rental and delivery terms outlined later in this document.
1.2. Rental Period
The rental period begins when the Lessor hands over the rented equipment to the Renter. The rental period ends when the equipment is returned to the Lessor as agreed.
1.3. Handover of Rental Equipment
The Lessor must provide the rented equipment to the Renter in usable condition at the agreed time and location.
The Lessor is responsible for instructing the Renter in the use, transportation, and maintenance of the equipment upon request.
1.4. Return of Rental Equipment
The Renter agrees to return the rented equipment dried, cleaned, and in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental period. If this condition is not met and the returned equipment requires additional cleaning or maintenance by the Lessor, the Lessor has the right to charge the Renter reasonable costs for these actions. The minimum fee is the cost of a one-day (1-day) rental.
The equipment must be returned to the agreed location within the agreed rental period. Any excess rental time will be charged according to the price list.
If the Renter decides to return the rented equipment earlier than agreed, the original rental fee will still be charged as per the initial agreement.
Any delays must be reported to the Lessor immediately. If the equipment is returned late without prior agreement and this results in the cancellation of another Renter’s reservation, the Lessor has the right to charge the Renter for the cost of the cancelled reservation and any additional costs incurred for the affected Renter.
If the equipment is not returned at the end of the rental period, the rental extension has not been agreed upon with the Lessor, and the Renter cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the matter will be reported to the police.
1.5. Other Responsibilities of the Renter
The Renter uses the rented equipment at their own risk.
The Renter agrees to take good care of the rented equipment and follow the instructions received for handling and transporting it with due diligence and caution.
The Renter agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in conditions that match their skill and experience level.
The Renter may not take the rented equipment outside Finland, hand it over to third parties, or leave it unattended in a public place.
The Renter is responsible for compensating the Lessor for any damage occurring during the rental period (excluding normal wear and tear) and/or for any lost equipment. In the case of irreparable or lost equipment, the compensation amount is the replacement value of an equivalent new item.
The Renter must immediately inform the Lessor of any defects, damages, or thefts involving the rented equipment. Theft and significant personal injuries must also be reported to the police.
1.6. Other Responsibilities of the Lessor
The Lessor must ensure the condition of the equipment together with the Renter before handing it over.
The Lessor must inspect the equipment upon return and promptly notify the Renter of any detected damages.
The Lessor is responsible for the repair of normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
1.7. Cancellation of Reservation
If the Renter wishes to cancel their reservation, the cancellation must be made at least two days (48 hours) before the start of the rental period. If cancellation is made later without a valid reason, the Lessor has the right to charge the full rental fee according to the original reservation.
If the Renter cancels their reservation, efforts will be made to find an alternative date, product, or service. If no alternative is available, the reservation amount will be refunded as a gift card or in cash, with a processing fee of €20 per person.
An original reservation can be rescheduled once under the above conditions. If a rescheduled reservation is cancelled, the original rental price will be charged regardless of the cancellation time.
1.8. Termination of Agreement
The Lessor has the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Renter significantly violates the agreement, cannot handle the rented equipment properly, is under the influence of intoxicants, or if the Renter’s behaviour is otherwise deemed unsafe by the Lessor. In such cases, the Renter must return the rented equipment immediately. The Renter is still responsible for paying the rental fee for the actual rental period and any transportation costs according to the price list.
2. Rental and Delivery Terms for Paddling Equipment
Paddling Equipment refers to kayaks, SUP boards, and their rental accessories. The rental and delivery prices, as well as the included safety and additional equipment, are available at sandria.fi.
In addition to the general rental terms, the following conditions apply to the rental and delivery of Paddling Equipment:
The Renter must be able to swim. A buoyancy aid is typically used for kayaking and SUP boarding, but it does not turn a non-swimmer’s face out of the water. The Renter must always wear a buoyancy or life jacket while on the water.
Paddling Equipment will not be rented to intoxicated individuals, nor may they be used under the influence of intoxicants.
The Renter must use the equipment only in environments suitable for their skill and experience level. Sandria’s rental kayaks are intended for sea, lake, and river touring but not for whitewater routes.
The Lessor is responsible for instructing the Renter in the use, packing, transportation, and maintenance of the paddling equipment upon request. This instruction does not constitute paddling training. If desired, the Renter may book paddling or SUP boarding courses and training as a paid additional service.
The Renter agrees to return the paddling equipment in the same condition as it was at the time of handover. The equipment must be cleaned of dirt, mud, and sand and dried if necessary. SUP boards must be deflated, cleaned, dried, and packed into their backpacks. If this condition is not met and the returned equipment requires additional cleaning or maintenance by the Lessor, the Lessor has the right to charge the Renter for the reasonable costs of these actions. The minimum fee is the cost of a one-day (1-day) rental.
The Renter agrees to follow the transportation instructions provided by the Lessor and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Kayak storage hatches must be securely closed, and the rudder must be properly attached during transport. Paddles and other accessories must be transported inside the vehicle or in the trailer’s storage compartment. Appropriate fastening straps must be used when transporting kayaks (these are included in the rental price).
3. Rental and Delivery Terms for the Kayak Trailer
A minimum rental of three (3) kayaks is required to rent the kayak trailer.
Sandria’s kayak trailer is an AKU SP310-L/Kayak. Technical details can be found at agcosuomi.fi. The trailer may be towed with a standard passenger car driving licence. The Renter must present a valid driving licence when receiving the trailer.
The Renter must follow all applicable laws, regulations, and speed limits and drive safely. The Renter must also record their journeys in the trailer’s logbook and report any observed defects, damages, or other issues.
The Renter agrees to lock the trailer and its storage compartment whenever parked. The storage compartment must also be locked during transport.
The Renter must remove major dirt and mud from the trailer when parking it for an extended period. The Lessor will conduct a final cleaning upon return.
